Hello this is Darrell Hyatt of computers with ease.com, as a computer instructor and trainer one of the questions that I hear quite frequently from individuals who are relatively new to computers is “I’m afraid I’m going to break it”. No matter whether you have just purchased a laptop or a desktop this is one of the most common issues that we hear about, people are afraid that when they start to use the computer they’re going to touch the wrong thing click on the wrong thing and the computer is going to break come up with unusual messages on the screen and then they are not going to know what to do.
If this occurs more than once in a short period of time I tend to find that individuals give up and don’t continue with their use of the computer and the learning how to get the most from the computer itself. I am here to tell you that the best approach is take small steps, everyone that buys computer has certain things in mind that they want to do whether it’s e-mail, whether it’s staying in contact with friends and family, exploring the Internet or any one of a 1000 other different uses.
I find the more you use the computer the more you’ll want to do and the trick is to start small, start with those things that you know you want to do and those are the things that you bought the computer for so it makes sense to you start there and learn those particular skills so we can do those things. And from there you will branch out to more and more items once you get familiar with how to use the mouse, typing on the keyboard and get a little bit of success and familiarity with the computer you’re fear factor will diminish significantly and there is always of course if you have questions or anything that you would like to know more about when it comes to using the computer feel free to e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org you can also visit my website which is www.computerswithease.com0 Thank you very much.
